IMPORTANT ANNOUNCEMENT: Appointment of new President and Vice President of Asian Fisheries Society

As a result of the recent Council election, we are pleased to announce that Prof. Ida Siason has been elected as the new President and Dr. Derek Staples as the Vice-President of AFS.
Both positions are effective from 1st September 2009 to the end of the 9th Council term in November 2010.
